- Desiree M. Welcher, 31, of Waynesburo, possession of stolen vehicle, driving on revoked license, Nov. 1
- Jack H. Waddell, 67, of Blue Ridge, trespassing, property damage, interference with property rights
- Victoria R. Correll, 30, of Buchanan, reckless driving, driving on revoked license
- Matthew T. Griffin, 47, of Roanoke, 2nd degree murder
- Cory A. Rucker, 31, of Buchanan, violating protective order
- Kevin M. Wright, 29, of Roanoke, DUI
