Administrator c.t.a. of the Estate of Gary Grover Howell, deceased, and the debts and demands against
the estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on
motion of the personal representative, it is ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of
Gary Grover Howell show cause, if any they can, on the 12th day of December, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. before
this Court at its Courthouse on Main Street, Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the estate to the beneficiaries,
without requiring refunding bonds.
