Addison and Avery Kelly, sisters from Buchanan, were crowned Virginia Dairy Maids for 2023. This announcement is part of the Virginia Dairy Princess Program which is to promote the dairy industry. The Virginia Dairy Princess Program has been around for over 20 years.
