Taylor Orange (2) and Madilyn Winterton (22) of Lord Botetourt have been named to the All-Region 3D girls first team in basketball, while Jackson Crawford (5) is a first team All-Region 3D boys selection as well as the Region 3D boys Player of the Year. Second team all-region honors from LB went to Ainsley Anderson and Gracie Huffard for the girls and Tyler Meade for the boys.
