PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Buchanan gives notice of public hearing for receiving comment on the proposed
Town budget for fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The hearing will be held on Monday,
June 12, 2023 at 7:00PM in Town Hall at 19753 Main St., Buchanan. Any citizen may attend
and present their views on the proposed budget. A copy of the complete proposal is available
for review at the Town office weekdays from 8:00AM to 5:00PM or on the Town’s website. The
following is a summary of the budget.

The figures shown in the proposed budget are subject to change prior to adoption. The Town
Council will not take any action at the hearing; any action on the budget and adoption of tax rates
will take place at the June regular Town Council meeting.
