The object of this suit is to: SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE. It is ORDERED that the CREDITORS OF, AND ALL OTHERS INTERESTED, IN THE ESTATE OF NEWSOM ELLYSON VIA, JR., so show cause, if they can, on the 26th day of July, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom in Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Newsom Ellyson Via, Jr. deceased, to the legatees entitled thereto under the Last Will and Testament of Newsom Ellyson Via, Jr., without requiring bonds, subject only to the retention by the Executor of sufficient funds to satisfy the remaining costs of administration.
