TO THE DEFENDENDANTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES,
This matter before the Botetourt County Cirvcuit Court upon the filing of a Motion for Quiet Title on the 15th day of March, 2023,asking that the Court to confirm the ownership of real property located in Botetourt County known as Tax Map No. 108-1A comprising approximately 5.971 acres, currently titled I the name of Jennifer M. Arrington and Aaron M. Musselwhite, as more particularly described in the Deed dated July 7, 1997 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt in Deed Book 533, Page 865.
It appearing to the Court that because all parties with a potential claim to said property are unknown and based off the Affidavit filed by Plaintiff’s counsel in this case, it is hereby Ordered that this Order of Publication shall be posted as an Order of Publication at The Botetourt Circuit Court Courthouse, 1 West Main Street, #120, Fincastle, VA 24090, and published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Fincastle Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Botetourt.
Any person with an interest in the aforementioned property should appear, answer or otherwise respond to the allegations set out in the Motion in this matter no later than the 15th day of September, 2023.
