- Anthony W. Martin, 35, of Clifton Forge, giving false identity to law enforcement, obstruction of justice, August 29
- Megan H. Carter, 37, of Roanoke, domestic assault, violation of a protective order, August 30
- Jason L. Scruggs, 49, of Roanoke, reckless driving, no operator’s license, August 31
- Lyndsey N. Barger, 25, of Troutville, domestic assault, September 1
- Rangbin Wu, 40, of Brooklyn, N.Y., driving under the influence, possession of Schedule drugs, eluding law enforcement, September 1
- Meghan R. Hale, 22, of Montvale, domestic assault, September 2
