- Cheryl L. Hart, 64, of Boone, N.C., contributing to the delinquency of a minor, obstruction of justice, November 19
- Ellie S. Matthews, 31, of Harrisonburg, drunk in public, November 21
- Kayli M. Williams, 29, of Salem, possession of Schedule drugs, possession of controlled paraphernalia, November 24
