Jack Hutchens of Buchanan received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Information Sciences with a Concentration in Sports Media from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa during its fall commencement ceremonies in December.
The 2019 graduate of James River High School also earned Dean’s List honors for the 2023 Fall Semester.
Hutchens is the son of Diron and Michelle Hutchens and the grandson of Ernie and Sandy Hutchens, all of Buchanan.
