- Stephen L. Bolden, 32, of Newport, threaten to kill or do bodily injury, April 5
- Halee R. Guentzel, 23, of Eagle Rock, driving under the influence, April 5
- Matthew W. Boyer, 39, of Bedford, driving under the influence, April 7
- John E. Brogan, 39, of Troutville, driving under the influence, April 7
- Roy R. Howard, 23, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, April 7
