Allison entered the world on April 6, 1950 at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, Calif., the daughter of Iona and Letcher Morris. Allison had a love for plants and flowers, and surrounded herself with them in her home. She also loved to sew, quilt, and crochet and made many gifts for her extended family. Above all, Allison treasured her family and her faith in God.
Allison departed this world in April 15, 2024 from Tulsa, Okla. She was preceded in death by her father, Letcher Morris, and brothers David, Benjamin, and Patrick Morris.
She is survived by her three sons, Jeremy (Elizabeth), Jeffrey, and Nick (Melissa) Fenix; and grandson, Aaron Fenix. She is also survived by her mother, Iona Morris; brother, Michael (Debbie) Morris; sister, Marcia (Mark) Fralin; sister, Mary (Randy) Myers; sister, Theresa (Gary) Morris; brother, Joeseph Morris; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A celebration of life was held at the Church of the Transfiguration in Fincastle on Sunday, April 28 at 2 p.m. with Father David Stanfield officiating.
