Thank you to JRHS After Prom supporters
James River High School had another incredible After Prom event on April 13. The After Prom Committee appreciates all of those in the community that supported this event. With their help, approximately 140 students and their guests were able to spend their evening after prom in a safe environment playing games, singing karaoke, winning prizes, listening to music, eating as much as they wanted and hanging out with their friends.
Everyone earned tickets for participating and were able to attend the “store” to pick out prizes ranging from gift cards, coolers, art supplies, cash, items for college and more. At the end of the event, each senior received a gift. These gifts included items such as cash, gift cards, dorm essentials, cameras, and TVs. We even gave away a kayak for one lucky student to enjoy on our very own James River!
