The Botetourt Democratic Committee awarded two $1,000 Citizenship Award Scholarships at the respective high school’s awards assembly.
The winner’s were Paul Theimer, James River High School, and Grayson Alfano, Lord Botetourt High School.
Theimer is the son of Michael and Jennifer Theimer. Alfano is the daughter of Sarah and John Alfano.
