Botetourt Rotary Club members visited the League for Animal Protection (LAP) Shelter in Fincastle on August 21 for a tour and meet-and-greet with all the cats and dogs at the shelter. Anita Aaron (front, right) is the president of the Rotary Club and treasurer for the LAP. The group brought many needed items for the shelter. “It was a super afternoon and lobby dog Henry appreciated all the attention,’ said Shelter Director Pat Shaver.
