Fincastle’s Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 2 at 7 p.m. in the Fincastle Firehouse Training Room at 25 Vine Street for the purpose of soliciting public input on a rezoning application from the Heritage Market.
The property is located on the west side of Roanoke Road. The application is to rezone both lots from “A-1 Agriculture” to “B-1 Business” for the purpose of the construction of a new Heritage Market specialty grocery operation.
