- Roy D. Patterson, 72, of Eagle Rock, driving after forfeiture of license, October 17
- Carlos D. Turner, 21, of Oak Ridge, Tenn., bomb/burn threat, treat in writing, October 17
- Carol J. Schmidt, 26, of Grant Pass, Ore., obstruction of justice, October 18
- Delilah D. Nolen-Cooper, 24, of Lexington, receiving stolen goods, possession of controlled paraphernalia, October 19
- Nathan J. Harrison, 27, of Blue Ridge, domestic assault, October 19
- Hadley E. Bugar, 22, of Roanoke, domestic assault, October 19
- Steven M. Lindsey, 67, of Buchanan, drunk in public, October 20
