- Brandon C. Huneault, 25, of Roanoke, eluding, reckless driving, October 22
- Steven A. Burnette, 52, of Roanoke, obstruction of justice, October 23
- Mark F. Bobbitt, 53, Roanoke, domestic assault, October 23
- Joshua A. Spence, 41, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, October 26
- Carmen C. Hall, 52, of Troutville, unauthorized used of a motor vehicle, October 27
- Francisco Hernandez Calderon, 25, of Roanoke, drunk in public, October 27
