“All Because of Agatha,” a comedy by Jonathan Troy and directed by Nancy Lawrence with Karen Moore assisting, is coming to the stage this month at Attic Productions.
Duff O’Hara and his bride, Joan, buy an old historic home in Salem, Mass., and find out too late that it is visited by a witch once a year. They throw a party to convince her to stop, but then she really begins to enjoy herself.
The play is produced by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, with partial funding by the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
It runs October 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12 with evening performances at 7:30 p.m. each day and Saturday matinees at 2:30 p.m. All adult tickets are $15, with a reduced rate of $12 for those 18 years and under and for groups of 10 or more.
