American Legion Post 240 will conduct its monthly meeting on Thursday, Sept. 3 at the VFW Hall at the corner of Rt. 220 and Country Club Road. Social hour will start at 6 p.m. with light refreshments. The official meeting will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and usually lasts one hour. All members and honorably discharged veterans from all branches of U.S. military services are invited.
