Historic Fincastle, Inc. looks forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Historic Fincastle Festival.
In real estate, the three most important words are Location! Location! Location! The same holds in your local grocery store, ever notice how children’s cereals are right at kids’ eye level, or why are bananas and peanuts placed just where you’ll see them? Careful thought goes into placement. The Historic Fincastle Festival Committee has also taken Location! Location! Location! into account. Members have worked to make sure the layout along Main Street, Roanoke Street, and Academy Street is convenient and enjoyable for all.
Three music stages once again:
Main Street (Steps of The Saunders’ House / Old Baptist Church): Mike Lee’s Music Students will be performing from 9:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m. Nearby, enjoy a new German-style food truck making its first appearance at the festival.
Courthouse Square Parking Lot (Main Stage): While enjoying American favorites from the Weikle Family Food Truck, take in live music throughout the day: The Henry Downing Band – 9:15-10:30 a.m.; Buddy and the Blackjacks – 10:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.; Trey Saunders (solo bluegrass) – 12:30-2 p.m.; Easy Pickin’ (country, bluegrass, gospel) – 2:15-3:45 p.m.

Wysong Blacksmith Building (Classroom Side): This acoustic stage will host: Eric Burton – 10 a.m. and Lori Turner and Friends – 1 p.m.
Located on the south side of the Blacksmith Building will be the blacksmith demonstrations, the petting zoo and pony rides.
