The 19th Annual Music Recital for Mike Lee’s students will be held again at Attic Productions Theatre in Fincastle. Show time is 2 p.m. this Sunday, Oct. 6. The recital begins with prayer and ends with all students on stage and a grand finale including a photo shoot.
“The Brothers Young,” a local and popular young bluegrass duo, will perform as special guest artists.
David Austin is Lee’s assistant on stage and makes the students feel very comfortable which eases some of the stress of performing. Austin is a great performer and songwriter who continues to give to the community. He is a previous student of Lee’s and has not missed a recital.

The recital is free and open to the public. “For good family fun, attend this special event and support the students and the art of music. To see a student’s face light up, ask for an autograph,” Lee said.
