The Botetourt County Farmers Market is celebrating the arrival of fall with its annual Apple Day this Saturday, September 13, featuring free treats, family fun, and special morning deals.
From 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., visitors can take advantage of exclusive vendor specials and promotions, while the market will remain open until 12 p.m. Every customer will receive a free apple, courtesy of Bryant Orchards, and children can enjoy free face painting, sponsored by Brent Hershey State Farm.
With other popular events such as the Sunflower Festival and Olde Salem Days taking place the same day, Apple Day offers an early stop for those looking to support local farmers and other vendors before heading to additional activities. Following a successful turnout last year, the market is preparing for another strong morning.
