- Micah A. Tucker, 29, of Glen Morgan, W.Va., auto larceny, January 2
- Zachary R. Barfield, 19, of Roanoke, two charges of assault, January 2
- Daniel E. Sirry, 44, of Troutville, possession of marijuana, January 5
- Emmagen E. Clements, 18, of Roanoke, driving suspended, January 6
