- Jason A. Cobb, 29, of Fincastle, fugitive from justice, January 31
- Melinda Kinzie, 33, of Troutville, grand larceny, February 1
- William L. Roberts, 63, of Blue Ridge, drunk in public, assault on law enforcement, February 3
