- Audrey R. Schnurman, 32, of Roanoke, possession of heroin, May 2
- Kimberly S. Butterworth, 31, of Boones Mill, possession of heroin, May 2
- James L. Ragland, 32, of Roanoke, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, May 2
- Jessica M. Baez, 32, of Roanoke, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, May 2
- Jeremy D. Rogers, 30, of Clyde, N.C., grand larceny, May 2
- Erich W. Gass, 78, of Buchanan, aggravated sexual battery, May 4
- William C. Montgomery, 46, of Buena Vista, driving under the influence, May 4
- Bobby B. Sheets, 32, of Troutville, assault, drunk in public, May 5
