- Terrel L. Williams, 30, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule I or II drugs, February 1
- Frank L. Aaron Jr., 46, of Buchanan, domestic assault, February 3
- Andrew W. Overstreet, 35, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule I or II drugs, driving suspended, February 3
- Kenneth N. Bussie, 51, of Roanoke, assault, February 3
- Artyom N. Sivakov, 26, of Ashby, Ma., domestic assault, abduction, February 4
