- Jerry L. Orange Jr., 41, of Troutville, driving under the influence, assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest, August 30
- Rafael C. Mason, 28, of Roanoke, drunk in public, August 31
- Brandon L. Baker, 29, of Buchanan, possession of Schedule II drugs, September 2
- Marko A. Lopez, 33, of Troutville, drunk in public, possession of marijuana, September 3
