• Brandon A. Horn, 27, of Roanoke, obstruction of justice, March 30
• George E. Hart, 63, of Troutville, driving under the influence, possession of a schedule drug, March 31
• Neuris K. Robertson Jr., 45, of Roanoke, reckless driving, driving revoked, April 1
• Crystal S. Howard, 38, transient, drunk in public, April 1
