• Samuel M. Huffman, 28, of New Castle, breaking and entering, grand larceny, larceny with intent to sell, April 26
• Richard K. Huffman, 38, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, April 26
• Erika J. Campbell, 31, of Moneta, possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule drug, April 27
• David A. Cheatwood, 31, of Roanoke, false identity to law enforcement officer, April 27
Nicholas A. Franklin, 28, of Roanoke, false identity to law enforcement officer, carrying a concealed weapon, April 27
• Christopher L. Devegter, 46, of Guyton, Ga., driving under the influence, refusal, April 28
• José R. Vasquez, 29, of Roanoke, rape, April 28
