• Michael A. King, 32, of Chicago, Ill., petit larceny, May 1
• Colleen M. Fitzgerald, 43, of Troutville, grand larceny, May 2
• David L. Powers, 33, of Troutville, drunk in public, discharging a firearm in an occupied dwelling, possession of a schedule drug, May 5
• Michael P. Kimberlin, 37, of Fincastle, drunk in public, May 5
