- Jonathan A. Carr, 41, of Troutville, domestic assault, July 13
- Gary D. Ayers, 41, of Troutville, habitual offender, July 13
- John C. Scott, 71, of Blue Ridge, driving under the influence, July 13
- Elden L. Stout, 31, of Buchanan, stalking, threats to burn a dwelling, July 13
