- Seth T. Fletcher, 22, of Daleville, drunk in public, April 17
- Cameron D. Clark, 32, of Lynchburg, drunk in public, April 18
- Dustin L. Mullins, 32, of Troutville, strangulation, April 18
- Eleyna K. Willemin, 27, of Blacksburg, larceny of animals, property damage, April 19
- Joseph E. Sanders, 59, of Roanoke possession of Schedule drugs, April 19
