- Earl H. Cahoon, 75, of Fincastle, domestic assault, April 22
- William K. Fitzgerald, 36, of Rocky Mount, possession of Schedule drugs, April 24
- Virginia L. Wimbish, 51, of Eagle Rock, possession of Schedule drugs, April 24
- Carlos R. Medina Caceras, 45, of Durham, N.C., driving under the influence, April 25
- Ty G. Padgett, 43, of Hardy, possession of Schedule drugs, April 25
- Eli N. Sowers, 20, of Troutville, property damage, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, April 27
