- Linda M. Grandy, 65 of Fincastle, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, obstruction of justice, April 8
- Travis M. Smith, 32, of Fincastle, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, April 8
- Bruce E. Fay, 61, of Fincastle, drunk in public, April 11
- Franco Montuori, 22, of Vinton, simple assault, violation of a protective order, April 12
- Judah Matheny, 50, of Roanoke, drunk in public, April 13
- Michael A. Wynne, 29, of Boones Mill, reckless driving, eluding law enforcement, April 14
