The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests for August 1-5:
- Conner L. Redwine, 18, of Daleville, child abuse, August 1
- John A. McCarty Sr., 58, of Fincastle, domestic assault, obstruction of justice, August 1
- Ashlyn N. Breese, 28, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, August 3
- Johnny W. Miller, 44, of Faber, Va., possession of a firearm by a felon, August 4
- Ryan L. Moore, 20, of Daleville, driving under the influence, refusing a breath test, grand larceny, petit larceny, credit card forgery, credit card fraud, August 4
- Austin S. Tolley, 22, of Fincastle, assault, August 5
