• Stacey A. Jenkins, 50, of Glen Burnie, Md., driving under the influence, August 22
• Allyson G. Houston, 21, of Blue Ridge, driving under the influence, August 22
• Dina G. Kimball, 46, of Blue Ridge, domestic assault, August 22
• Caleb W. Burch, 27, of Fincastle, possession of a Schedule drug, obstruction of justice, August 23
