- Scott S. Kelly, 31, of Roanoke, violation of probation, July 27
- Zachary W. Hall, 29, of Roanoke, domestic assault, July 29
- Victoria F. Rabel, 25, of Roanoke, domestic assault, July 29
- Zachary T. Freels, 21, of Clifton Forge, violation of probation, July 30
- Rachael A. Wilson, 32, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, July 31
