- Dat Nguyen, 45, of Roanoke, obstruction of justice, July 30
- Christopher L. Cranston, 19, of Delta, Ohio, drunk in public, underage possession of alcohol, August 1
- William W. Mayo Jr., 46, of Troutville, assault, aggressive driving, August 2
- Phillip E. Harless, 42, of Roanoke, possession of stolen property, August 2
