- Amanda G. Gilliam, 36, of Buchanan, possession of a Schedule drug, drunk in public, December 7
- James H. Porter, 47, of Blue Ride, possession of child pornography, December 7
- Michael G. Price, 32, of Vinton, possession of child pornography, December 8
- Jeremy M. Pritchard, 26, of Roanoke, reckless driving, grand larceny, driving revoked, eluding, possession of a Schedule drug, prisoner in possession of a chemical substance, December 10
- Barry W. Mills, 48, of Blue Ridge, driving revoked, reckless driving, obstruction of justice, December 11
- Troy A. Huff, 32, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, December 11
