- John M. Guill, 40, of Daleville, domestic assault, December 12
- Angelia D. Jackson, 37, of Concord, eluding law enforcement, December 15
- Kiante D. Farmer, 25, of Lynchburg, possession of a firearm by a felon, December 15
- Evan W. Motley, 31, of Troutville, domestic assault, attempted strangulation of another, December 17
- Daniel J. MacCall, 27, of Charlotte, N.C., driving under the influence, refusing breath test, obstruction of justice, reckless driving, December 17
