- Paul C. Graybill Jr., 52, of Troutville, destroy property, vandalism, obstruction of justice, December 22
- Angelia M. Hammock, 25, of Fincastle, driving revoked, December 23
- Gregory L. Sanders, 59, of Fincastle, driving under the influence, December 23
- Joanne K. Sanders, 60, of Fincastle, falsely summoning EMS, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct, December 23
- Javon L. Williamson Sr., 39, of Roanoke, drunk in public, child endangerment, December 25
- Christopher L. Poff, 33, of Roanoke, possession of a Schedule drug, December 26
