- Dustin J. Reid, 34, of Roanoke, drunk in public, November 29
- Isreal Martinez-Loredo, 27, of Roanoke, reckless driving, no operator’s license, December 1
- Darrel W. Carroll, 53, of Troutville, drunk in public, December 1
- Bernice G. McCarty, 59, of Fincastle, inhaling drugs or chemicals, December 3
- John A. McCarty, 59, of Fincastle, domestic assault, December 3
