- Michael E. Shermat, 39, of Roanoke, obstruction of justice, indecent exposure, drunk in public, November 30
- Franco Montuori, 21, of Vinton, child abuse, November 30
- Charles W. Boone II, 59, of Troutville, drunk in public, December 3
- Larry T. Hayward, 51, of Altavista, driving revoked, December 4
