- Patrick D. Bryant, 64, of Troutville, malicious wounding, February 9
- Glenn F. Hewitt Jr., 24, of Yanceyville, N.C., credit card theft, credit card fraud, February 10
- Tiffany L. Harlow, 28, of Eagle Rock, unauthorized use, February 12
- William T Camper, 30, of Troutville, driving under the influence, February 13
- Frank L. Bramlett-Reutzel, 26, of Fincastle, driving under the influence, February 15
