The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests January 12-15:
- Rhonda L. Hinkley, 50, of Troutville, malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, January 12
- Nils I. Thomas, 61, of Eagle Rock, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, January 13
- Michael N. Foster, 31, of New Castle, petit larceny, possession a certificate or title of another, January 15
