- Elaine K. Tanaka, 41, of Troutville, embezzlement, January 24
- Marcus T. Corvin, 38, of Wytheville, possession of Schedule drugs, sell or distribute Schedule drugs, January 26
- Cameron B. Nicely, 34, of Troutville, driving under the influence, January 25
- Jon J. Cutler, 54, of Ballefonte, Pa., driving under the influence, eluding, obstruction of justice, January 25
- Steven E. Pugh, 32, of Natural Bridge, possession of paraphernalia, sell or distribute Schedule drugs, January 26
