- James K. Collins, 49, of Troutville, possession of Schedule drugs, January 24
- Timothy D. Dillman, 41, of Troutville, domestic assault, January 26
- Heather A. Reynolds, 30, of Eagle Rock, drunk in public, January 27
- Austin K. Roberts, 29, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule drugs, January 28
