• Kelly R. Mullins, 27, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, refusal, hit and run, destruction of property, obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana in jail, January 19
• Tony D. Gibson, 54, of Troutville, brandishing a firearm, January 20
• Zachary T. Freels, 20, of Clifton Forge, malicious wounding, January 21
• Sheri J. Glandon, 60, of Houston, Texas, driving under the influence, January 22
• Richard J. Greene, 50, of Troutville, assault, January 22
• Scott S. Kelly, 30, of Roanoke, hit and run, driving revoked, January 23
• Anthony R. James, 39, of Palm Coast, Fla., drunk in public, January 23
