- Aiden C. Joyce, 35, of Buchanan, two charges of child abuse/neglect, possession of a Schedule I or II drug, July 2
- James O. Heath, 26, of Buchanan, unauthorized use, July 2
- Dustin W. Gusler, 23, of Buchanan, unauthorized use, July 2
- Jerimiah M. Gibson, 19, of Buchanan, unauthorized use, July 2
- Antwon J. Pierce, 21, of Cloverdale, contributing to the delinquency of a minor July 3
- Tony B. Smith, 59, of Fincastle, distribution of marijuana, July 5
- Richard L. Schroeder, 41, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, refusal, driving revoked, July 6
